Ingredients
2 cups of softly cooked broccoli
1 small onion.. finely chopped
1 cup of bread crumbs
1 cup of grated cheese
1 whole egg
3/4 cloves of crushed/ grated garlic
Salt to taste
Steps
Put everything in a bowl, mash the broccoli mix it all well and shape them into balls.
Place them on an oven tray and spray some oil on them.
Bake them at 200deg for 25 min.
