3.5 oz. (100 g) roughly chopped dark chocolate
1 package (12 oz.-340 g) silken tofu
2 tablespoons maple syrup
Microwave chocolate chips in 30-second increments, stirring each time, until melted.
Combine the ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth.
Refrigerate until chilled for about 30 minutes.
You can top it with nuts or fruit for added flavor.
Make sure that your silken tofu was drained and at room temperature. You might have difficulties blending cold silken tofu.
Leftover mousse can be stored covered in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.
You can use agave or other sweeteners such as maple syrup or coconut sugar.
